This holds 9999+ images when set to normal resolution on a canon powershot sd790, 6000+ at a resolution of fine or over 3500+ at superfine. If thats not enough for you, then you dont need a camera, you need another life.

Sandisk Class 4 16GB SDHC card
Strengths: Holds LOTS of data. TINY!
Weakness: A little expensive for such a tiny device, but still cost effective.
I bought several of these cards for a Canon HF100 HD camcorder and was able to get about 2 hours of full HD video on each. Because I was filming an important event, I had to go with a card that gave me the most continuous coverage, and I wasn't disappointed.
A great feature of this product is that is comes with a USB adapter that you can plug straight into the computer. I guess it's sort of essential since only the newest USB ports support SDHC out of the box. I was a relief, though, because I have a 4-year old laptop that has problems detecting most SD cards, even with its built-in card reader.
